Shop My Stash #1

Hey!

So I was watching an old video from Zoe and Louise the other night and it was a 'Shop My Stash' video basically where they went through old products of theirs which they feel like they haven't used as much and want to show more love to. I feel like this is a good video for me because I've definitely got a lot of products which could do with a bit more love!!

Barry M Lipgloss #11:
I've had this lipgloss for a few years now so it's probably past it's peak time of usage, but I feel like I should maybe give this more love during the summer. It's a pale coral shade and smells absolutely gorgeous, definitely not as much pigmentation compared to the Tanya Burr lipgloss I have, (leaning me even closer to wanting to buy I Found Nemo) but it's still nice. I definitely think I should try and wear this more this summer, even though I've mentioned I'm not hugely a lipgloss person.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo Eyeshadow - Turquoise Forever:
I bought this a couple of years ago when it was in the sale, determined to make turquoise eyeliner work. I didn't really use it for that in the end and settled for occasional turquoise eyeshadow looks, although it came in great for one of my best friend's Frozen themed 18th birthday last year. It's a beautiful colour and I really do aim to try and use it more especially as I do love Maybelline's Colour tattoos.

Nivea Pearly Shine Lip Balm:
I remember during Summer 2011 I wore this loads and loads. Then I got a new one a couple of years later and barely used it, as I had other lip balms. However this is different to a lot of the other ones I own as it has it's own pearly shade to it, meaning it gives your lips a little sheer colour. That's probably why I stopped using it as I preferred choosing my own lip colour and using a clear lip balm, but I want to use this one a bit more as the shine it gives your lips is very pretty and summery. It's like a very light pink.

Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation - Light Ivory:
This is something which has been a confusing one for me! I bought it a few months ago, used it twice and then thought I was allergic to it as I had a reaction and thought it was caused by this foundation, but I then tried it a few weeks ago and it seemed fine. So I'm not 100% sure this caused the reaction, but if it didn't then I want to use it more! I'm not sure I have the shade for me as even though it's 'Light Ivory' too much application at once, can make it look slightly orange on me and it shouldn't really do that but I'll have to check the shades again and see how light they do go. As I'm writing this though I'm currently wearing it so we have progress! I reckon if I can find a lighter shade with a better match I'll love this foundation, but for fail proof I always reach for my Rimmel Match Perfection.

The Orange Tree, Orange Blossom & Ginger Body Scrub:
Usually if I'm using a scrub I'll automatically reach for my Boots Mango Sugar Scrub or Zoella's Scrubbing Me Softly, but I'm determined to get some use of this scrub this summer! It's an unusual scent to other products I own as it is a mixture of orange and ginger which isn't what I have a lot of, but when I have used it, it has definitely done a good job!

MUA Poptastic Palette:
I bought this out of sure excitement one day a while ago, wanting to try and recreate music video looks but I've never really got round to it, as a lot of the colours are a lot brighter, they are harder to incooperate and wear properly if, like moi, you're not a skilled makeup artist I definitely need to have a go with some of these and see what I can do though!

Zoella Blistful Mistful Solid Fragrance:
I am a lover of the products I own from Zoella's Beauty range, however for some reason, my least used product is probably the Blistful Mistful Solid fragrance. I guess when I want that scent I use the mist or the body lotion, as I find them more convenient to use, although I shall have to add the solid fragrance to handbag for a low key touch up during the day, as that is what it is definitely designed for, on the go application of the scent as carrying the mist or the body lotion would not be a great idea! It's a really convenient size and I honestly think the reason I've not used it as much is because it isn't out with me when I may need it so I'll be sure to pop it into my handbag!

Thank you so much for reading, are there any of your products that you think you need to give more love to?
