August 2016 Favourites

Hey everyone!

August has officially flown by. I swear every month seems to go quicker!
I don't have as many beauty favourites this month and I believe it will probably be the same for next month's favourites too, but here goes!!

Sleek Matte Me Lip Creams in Birthday Suit & Shabby Chic
I've mentioned them in previous blog posts but that's honestly a lot of what I've worn during August when I've been picking lip colours. I'm deffo obsessed with them!! To read my full length reviews click the names!

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in Light Porcelain
Even though I have been looking for a new foundation, I have been really loving this foundation recently, I think it's one that I'll always go back to and always have an exteme amount of love for. The shade fits me perfectly and gives good coverage! You get a lot for your money and Rimmel are one of my favourite makeup brands and their foundations are extremely good quality and I've heard Zoe aka Zoella mention how much she loves Rimmel's foundations too. Deffo worth a try!

Kanye West - Wolves
This is a very, very interesting song we have here from Kanye, it's like nothing I've heard before but I'm definitely obsessed with it! His beautiful wife Kim Kardashian stars in the music video, which is part of the Balmain campaign. Definitely should check it out if you're into hip hop with a twist.

Two Door Cinema Club - Are We Ready? (Wreck)
This got missed out of my July Favourites, but I really enjoyed it. It reminds me of something but I can't think what, but it's very catchy and easy to listen to!

Beyonce - Why Don't You Love Me? (MK Ultras Remix)
This is another track which was missed off my July Favourites, but I've been listening to a lot during August too.

Knife Party - Bonfire
I'm not even a big dubstep fan but for some reason I went back to this track during this month!

Jason Derulo - Kiss The Sky
I'm a big fan of Mr Derulo, and this is definitely one of his catchiest yet! Perfectly funky, catchy and enough to put you in a happy mood, this is such a good track!

Danity Kane - Bad Girl
Following Aubrey O'Day's entrance in CBB (more on that later) I decided to have a listen to some of Danity Kane's previous material, as they never really got played in the UK, which is a shame because I would have probably been quite a fan as I do love a girlband! Bad Girl became a track of theirs which I became fond of and has been regularly played throughout this month.

Marcus Butler & Conor Maynard - I'm Famous
I gave this a listen as I like Marcus Butler and one listen had it stuck in my head and ended up with me listening to it loads! One listen turns into two which then proceeds to you still listening to it a week later.

Celebrity Big Brother
This probably took up my entire August this year. I started watching as I think Ricky Norwood is amazing and just kept on watching throughout till the end! Along the way I've become a huge, huge, fan of Frankie Grande, and also a big fan of Renee Graziano. Frankie was so so funny and upbeat and literally the kind of person you'd want to have in your life. Renee had some of the funniest comebacks of the entire series. And as for Ricky, he stayed genuine and true and didn't have to cause drama or make any drama for attention. He was funny and kind hearted, the way he has been. Bear did take home the title of the winner of Celebrity Big Brother, having arguably received the most airtime throughout the whole series.

Thank you so much for reading this post!

Love & hugs
